We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where:
A client behaves abusively or unprofessionally.
Requested work is unlawful, misleading, or unethical.
A client fails to provide necessary information or cooperation.
3. Quotes and Payments
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Projects may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
Final deliverables may not be released until full payment has been received.
Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional charges where permitted by law.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Supply materials and feedback within agreed timelines.
Obtain any permissions required for locations, venues, participants, or third-party content.
Reprise Creative is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or approvals.
5. Photography Services
While every effort is made to capture and deliver high-quality images, specific poses, moments, lighting conditions, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Photography sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather, illness, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Reprise Creative retains copyright ownership of all original creative works.
Clients receive a licence to use delivered content for the agreed purpose.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, edit, or transfer content beyond the agreed licence without written permission.
Any third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences.
7. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Reprise Creative may display completed work, photographs, project outcomes, and client names for portfolio, marketing, social media, website, award submissions, and promotional purposes.
Clients may request confidentiality before a project begins.
8. Social Media Services
We do not guarantee:
Follower growth
Engagement levels
Lead generation
Sales results
Platform algorithm performance
Results vary based on market conditions, audience behaviour, platform changes, and client participation.
9. Digital Products
Digital products, downloads, templates, guides, and educational materials are provided for personal or internal business use only.
They may not be copied, resold, distributed, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may not be available once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
10. Workshops and Consultations
Workshop and consultation content is provided for educational purposes only.
No guarantees are made regarding business performance, revenue growth, social media success, or other outcomes resulting from implementation.
11. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients should provide reasonable notice if they need to reschedule.
Deposits may be retained where cancellations occur within the notice period specified at booking.
Reprise Creative reserves the right to reschedule services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reprise Creative shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Data loss
Platform outages
Third-party service failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
